As you can see in my portfolio and even on this website I try to make things simple and visually appealing. But first of all:

Form follows function.

The most recent projects are all Interface / Interaction Design. That's the area with the biggest appeal to me, especially combined with new technologies or devices like the iPhone.

Project management

To me the most interesting part of a project is to see the big picture and how things fit together. That's why I got deeper into technical aspects which is not usual to an art-director (e.g. programming).

Now, with this knowledge regarding the technical part of a new-media project I can do the creative part, the strategic part and manage projects.

Yes,

back in the days I did some halfpipe competition and later i became a Snowboard-Instructor. I don't have any time at all to teach, but there is always enough time for a ride with friends ;-)
